seven classes. every one written out in full.
You should be able to know what a class is before you pay for it — how long you hold anything, whether you get on the floor, and what happens in the first five minutes. Each class below says so plainly.
Trauma-informed
No hands-on adjustment without asking. Every time.
Beginner-first
Plain language, props from day one, nothing assumed.
Leave any time
Step out whenever you need. Nobody will ask why.
Small rooms
Capacity kept low so the space stays quiet.

Before we open
first sessions are coming.
The schedule below is a preview of the practice we are building, not a live timetable. Days, times and prices are set with our founding members and shared the moment they are real — no guessing, no placeholders on the wall.

After class
stay as long as you like.
Not sure which one
start with restorative.
If you have never done this, or it has been years, the restorative class asks the least of you and gives the most back. Nothing is held that you are holding up yourself.
